Charges

Shipping charges typically range from ₹500 to ₹2,000 depending on weight and destination, and are borne by the buyer.

Payment

An advance of 10% or ₹1,000 (whichever is higher) is required to confirm dispatch; the remaining amount is collected as COD unless otherwise agreed.

Dispatch time

Ready stock is usually dispatched within a few working days of order confirmation and advance receipt. Timelines are confirmed on WhatsApp.

Tracking

A tracking number is shared on WhatsApp once your order is handed to the courier.
