We offer exchange only. There is no cash refund on wholesale orders.
Unboxing video required
A clear, continuous unboxing video is mandatory to raise any claim for shortage, damage or wrong item. Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with the video.
Eligible claims
Manufacturing defects, wrong product dispatched, or confirmed shortage are eligible for exchange, subject to verification.
Not eligible
Minor colour/print/measurement variation within industry tolerance, buyer's change of mind, and used or washed garments are not eligible.
Process
Approved exchanges are dispatched with your next order or as mutually agreed. Return courier arrangements are confirmed on WhatsApp.
