These Terms & Conditions govern all wholesale transactions between Dwarkesh Enterprise and its B2B buyers. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

Our services are exclusively for registered clothing retailers, resellers, and B2B buyers. We do not sell to end consumers directly.

2. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Minimum order: 100 pieces per order
• Minimum 20 different design SKUs must be selected
• Each design is available in 5 sizes (S, M, L, XL, XXL) in a single colour

3. Ordering Process

• Send us images of desired designs via WhatsApp
• We will send you a detailed quotation
• Order is confirmed only after advance payment is received

4. Pricing

• All prices are per piece, exclusive of GST
• Prices are as mentioned in the current catalogue
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice

5. Payment Terms

• Advance: ₹1,000 to confirm the order
• COD: Remaining amount payable on delivery (via Delhivery)
• Transport orders: Full invoice amount must be paid in advance before dispatch

6. Order Cancellation

Once production has started, orders cannot be cancelled. The advance amount is non-refundable if the buyer cancels after confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All product designs, catalogue images, and brand materials are property of Dwarkesh Enterprise. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Surat, Gujarat, India.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued business with us implies acceptance of revised terms.

Dwarkesh Enterprise ships Pan India. All shipping charges are borne by the buyer.

Option 1 — Courier (Delhivery)

• Carrier: Delhivery
• Charges: ₹500 – ₹2,000 depending on shipment size and weight
• Payment: COD available — ₹1,000 advance + remaining on delivery
• Tracking: Delhivery tracking link shared on WhatsApp after dispatch
• Transit time: 3–7 working days depending on destination

Option 2 — Transport (Road)

• Lower shipping cost compared to courier
• Payment: Full invoice amount must be paid in advance before dispatch
• Buyer is responsible for receiving the parcel from the transport office
• Transit time varies by destination city

Dispatch Timeline

• Orders are dispatched within 7–8 working days after order confirmation and advance payment
• Dispatch is subject to stock availability and production schedule

Shipping Address

Please provide complete delivery address including PIN code at the time of ordering.

Damaged in Transit

In case of damage during transit, please take an unboxing video and report to us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel via WhatsApp.

Exchange Eligible Cases

• Manufacturing defects — stitching defects, fabric issues, broken zip/button
• Wrong item dispatched — different design or size sent than what was ordered
• Issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the parcel
• An unboxing video is mandatory to raise an exchange request

Not Eligible for Exchange

• Change of mind or wrong design selected by the buyer
• Colour variation due to screen/monitor display differences
• Minor variation in print, embroidery, or fabric texture (industry tolerance)
• Items that have been washed, used, or altered after delivery
• Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
• No unboxing video provided
• Damage caused during transport (must be claimed with the courier/transport company)

Exchange Process

• Send defective pieces back to us at buyer’s cost
• After inspection, replacement pieces of the same or equivalent design will be sent
• Exchange is processed within 7–10 working days of receiving returned goods
• Exchange is subject to stock availability

Advance Payment

The ₹1,000 advance is non-refundable in all cases, including order cancellation after confirmation.

How to Raise an Exchange Request

• Your order details (design nos., quantity)
• Clear unboxing video showing the defect
• Photos of defective pieces

Note: Exchange requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Stock Availability

All designs shown in our catalogues are subject to stock availability. We will inform you of any unavailable designs at the time of quotation.

B2B Only

Dwarkesh Enterprise is a wholesale manufacturer and supplier. We do not sell individual pieces or to end consumers. All transactions are strictly B2B.

GST

All prices shown are exclusive of GST. Applicable GST will be charged as per current Government of India tax rates on textile products.
